How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order and
shipping method. Table below reflects charges for ground shipments.

Ground shipments take 1-5 business days depending on destination. Orders are
normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon purchase. For
consumer protection, all orders are subject for review.
*2nd Business Day: On orders placed before 12 noon PST Monday-Friday (Add $7)
*At this time, we only deliver inside the United States. International delivery
will be available in the near future. Please also note that the billing address
you provide must be a U.S. address.

How can I be sure my order went through?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually
within minutes. The e-mail will include an order number for your reference.
What if I need to make a return or exchange?
Spidermonkey.com offers a 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy on all purchases. You
have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return any merchandise that
meets the following criteria: Clothing must not be worn, washed or damaged in
any way.
Spidermonkey.com cannot accept returns for items purchased in any stores. Items
must be returned at their place of purchase.
If Spidermonkey.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in
shipment, please notify us asap at info@spidermonkey.com or call (909)
489-4058. Be sure to include your order number in the message.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order is sent, we will send you a second e-mail with a tracking number
for the package. This email will contain a link where you can track your
package online.
How do I check the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is to check your e-mail.
You'll receive two e-mails from us after placing an order. One is a
confirmation, the other a completion notification that includes a tracking
number.
You can always e-mail us about order inquiries. Send an e-mail to,
